Casual Friday for a Cause

Posted:

Every Friday, employees at Northwestern Bank can choose to wear casual clothes by donating $1 to their branch’s non-profit of choice. The bank matches every donation that employees make. While Casual Fridays are fun for employees who want to wear less formal attire to work, it also supports creating a positive impact within our local communities. Each of our branches chooses a different charity of the month to give too.

Causes that our branches support throughout 2024:

Northwestern Bank has a mission to build stronger communities where people matter. A core value of our bank and team members is to create a positive impact. By prioritizing Casual Fridays at our bank, we are able to support local charities that our employees get to have a voice in choosing. Celebrating a casual day for a cause each week is also a great reminder of the importance of giving back when you can.
